This is not a lifehack. It is common sense that took me too long to realize and maybe someone else will benefit, so I’m sharing.
For a long time I’ve had some of the pages I travel to most frequently on my browser bookmark bar. To save space, I would assign shortened names to them like “LH” for Lifehacker or “dr” for Google Drive. For most of these, however, you simply don’t need a name since the icon is unique on my bookmark bar and conveys what the link is.
Headslap: just remove the name of the bookmark altogether.
