Welcome to our weekly group therapy Friday Open Thread. It’s the post where the rules are made up (except these ones) and the points don’t matter. And let’s all hope Drew Carey never trademarked that...

I’ve been on a bit of a secret code kick lately, brought on by the mods over at Oppositelock, so I’m going to serve up a slow pitch softball for you. Have at it!

This week didn’t start off very well, as kramnos1 successfully made me lose motivation at work. After that, it got worse when Liveschedules threatened to shoot a cat (this is your big hint to request authorship privileges and be a part of this). Story shared a couple things with us as well including this mostly comprehensive list of the sub blogs and their mods and OfficeVictory’s thoughts on SNAP. Moon rounded us out by making me miss a feature of WinXP I didn’t even know existed and a trick to bring it back.

So without me rambling on forever, welcome to Hackerspace and share with us what you will. You don’t even need pants (I’m not wearing any)! If you’d like to write for us, pants-less or otherwise, just take a look at the aforementioned rules and leave a comment here.

Edit: It seems that kinja does not like multiple dashes being placed next to each other so consider those that look like this “—” to mean “-”&”-” with no space between. Fixed thanks to huh989.
