iOS 9 came with a new app to replace the dreaded, and oft misunderstood Newsstand (is it an app, is it a folder?). It’s replacement, News, is much more sensible though. It’s easier to understand and better in just about every way imaginable for publishers (us) and, most importantly, our readers (you).

Now, while the folks at Kinja but an awful lot of effort into making our site look as great as it does, sometimes you really do want just the barebones. That’s what News is for. At it’s core it’s an RSS reader but with the ability in the near future to become much more (you may see our channel be redesigned soon) as publishers can take more control over their content than RSS (Really Simple Syndication) usually allows.

So, if you’re running iOS 9 and are in the U.S., U.K. or Australia just search for Hackerspace in News and click the plus symbol or click the link below to get all the Hackerspace goodness in your personalised Apple News feed.

If you can think of anything else that we could do to make it easier for you to read Hackerspace, just let us know - we’ll always try our best. :)
