Build. Hack. Play. It's just what we do.

I’m here in the Firefox 57 Nightly build, trying to salvage something of the user interface I got used to in Ffx versions past.

E.g. The addon, “Stylish”, is dead here. “Stylus”, supposedly a substitute, is almost as useless.

If nothing else, I wanted to not have to see horizontal and vertical scrollbars. It is still possible, but for how long I don’t know, and it has to be done in ye old userchrome.css, which is a text file that needs to be located in a folder called “chrome”, immediately within the user profile. And the css that I got to work, looks like this:

Who knows, this whole thing could crumble, as Mozilla dispenses, bit by bit, with its old browser architectures. It’s getting harder and harder to style the browser, never mind the web pages it loads.

Hope someone else can make use of this.
